Last Sacrifice Now Available For Pre-Order On Kindle

I know a lot of you have been waiting for this, so you can rest easily now, because Last Sacrifice is available for pre-order in the Amazon Kindle store. I don't know about other e-book formats, though.

This might be a good time to post the final version of the Last Sacrifice cover. I don't think we've done that yet.
